NEW DELHI: To help the widows and needy families of its jawans and officers, the Border Security Force is organizing an arts and crafts mela at CRPF Grounds in CGO complex in Delhi on Spetember 21 and 22. The mela, called BSF Fete 2012, will also incorporate several programmes showcasing the cultural diversity of the country. Proceeds from the mela will go to the welfare fund of the force.
The mela is being organized under the aegis of BWWA ( BSF Wives Welfare Association) and will be inaugurated by PM Manmohan Singh's wife Gursharan Kaur.
