Nov 18, 2010Border Security Force (BSF) wins Human Rights Debate Competition-2010, held here under the aegis of the NHRC. It was organised by another paramilitary force - Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) - on Tuesday. The debate was aimed at sensitizing Human Rights issues among security forces.
