Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's wife inaugurates the annual BSF fete

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh''s wife Gursharan Kaur on Friday inaugurate the annual BSF fete organised by the BSF Wives Welfare Association. The sales from the fete will go to the welfare of the widows and needy families of BSF personnel.
