Jalandhar, Oct 16 (UNI) Punjab and Sind Bank Delhi and Indian Railways locked at 1-1 draw to split one point each from their first outing in quarter finals league of the 27th Indian Oil Servo Surjit Hockey tournament at Olympian Surjit Hockey Stadium here today.
