Jammu, Nov 27 (PTI) Police tonight recovered three 84mm mortar shells, nearly two-kms away from yesterday''s blast site in Bishnah area of Jammu district, in which three persons including a BSF jawan were killed and seven others injured.
Acting on a specific input during the investigation of the blast of an explosive shell in Kullah Kotli village in Bishnah belt, police recovered the three mortars tonight, sub-divisional police officer (R S Pura) H S Gill told PTI.
These shells resembled the one which exploded in the area, he said, adding that these mortar shells are being supplied to the army and BSF.
The investigation is going on in this regard, he added.
