Where should we send Pak-Bangla boy? State police ask Centre

From The Indian Express
A 15-year-old Pakistani Muslim boy, who reportedly ran away from the house of his Bangladeshi Hindu stepfather to return to Pakistan and was caught by the BSF after he crossed over to India, has left the Gujarat Police clueless about which country he should be deported to. The police have written to the Union Home Ministry if he should be sent back to Pakistan or to his current home in Bangladesh.
The boy, Babul Farooqi Sharma was caught by the BSF in Banaskantha and interrogated by the Narcotics Control Bureau, Anti-Terrorism Squad and the Gujarat Police after basic grilling by the BSF.

Nothing incriminating was found during questioning. He claimed to have travelled from Bangladesh to Nepal to Tibet and China before reaching India, looking for the best route to sneak into Pakistan since
he had no passport or other documents. Sources said the only point of suspicion that emerged was a mobile SIM card issued in Maharashtra that was found in his bag.
